How quickly can you come out?
Most quotes are turned around within 24 hours, and we can usually schedule work within the same week. Larger exterior work depends on the weather forecast, and we will tell you honestly if rain is likely to push a date.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes and site visits are free, and there is no call-out fee. For straightforward jobs you can send photos and rough measurements and we will price it without a visit.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry public liability insurance and can send the certificate with your quote. Property managers and commercial clients can also request a method statement and risk assessment.
Do you work with businesses and property managers?
Yes. We handle apartment blocks, offices, retail units, restaurants and industrial premises, including scheduled maintenance contracts and out-of-hours work.
What payment methods do you take?
Bank transfer, cash or card on completion. Businesses and management companies can be invoiced with standard payment terms.
